- Prepare training courses encompassing mediation, risk prevention, especially psychosocial risks, the workstation, and transversal skills
- Develop mediation skills including conflict management, interpersonal communication, psychology and problem-solving skills for mediation
- Develop cross-cutting skills including collaboration skills
